i am training fo 100, 200 and especially 400.tell me about my warmup,weight training, and everything necessary .how much and how many reps. in the weights.should sat. and sun. be workout.
i am 18
what should i work on .my goal is 100-11.80,200-23.90,400-50. the fsm games are in june 2005.thanks.
