          I decided to make one.These are my summer training times.I dont run full speed except for some 100 meter time trials.
          6-25:
          100 meter-10.53
          150 meter-15.59
          6-27:
          100 meter-10.50
          6-29:
          200 meter-23.28(stride)
          7-11:
          200 meter-22.78(stride)
          7-18:
          100 meter-10.37
          7-19:
          300 meter-37.91(stride)
          7-22:
          300 meter-37.59(stride)
          7-31:
          300 meter-36.10,35.88,35.69
          8-2:
          200 meter-22.66(stride)
          summer goals:
          100 meter 10.1
          200 meter 20.5

          Today weightroom everything felt light.Then headed out to the track and ran a 300 meter in 35.13

          Wow, If those are your summer goals for workouts why didn’t you try to make the trials? Your PRs must be pretty fast if you’re running those times in practic.

          Yesterday was a hell date in the weightroom but,today hit the track for 100 meter strides.I realized today damn im fast i strided 10.93 in wafles that have no grip at all but,the most odd thing is happening its almost as if i forgot how to run.i strided 23.29 in the 200.thats a big gap from when i was striding 22.6-.8.I guess its because i got heavier and out of shape who knows.

          I guess the forum was having problems but now i can post again.oN saturday i went out to the track strided 22.75 in the 200 rather easy.Then ran a 150 or strided atleast i think i did amazingly easy 15.62.then sunday headed out to the track once more and ran a 100 in 10.29 this felt extremely fast.monday was gym

          my days training has become mostly gym oriented.Today headed out to the track the workout was suppose to be 2 200s and 2 150s.Did the normal warmup strided a pretty easy 10.87 in waffles in the 100.Then came back and strided 22.07 in the 200 that felt fast az hell I think it came from a new tech. in the 200.
