    power clean workouts

          Hey,

          can someone give a good POWER CLEAN specific strength program that a long jumper can do…my clean is good (305) but i have been told that i really need it around 325 and it took me 2 years to get from 285 to 305 and i dont do anything specific for cleaning, except cleaning…i feel it i can get it up i can jump much further…

          if you want your pc to increase you need to do pc and cp once a week along with other ol's the other days. i have a 7-9 week clean program that work really well, by week 7 you should be able to hit 100% for 5reps.

          wow…sounds real good…can i see it…i dont do any clean pull or other ol's.

          i could use that program as my max strength phase of training i guess…for next season

          its not for max strength bc the %'s are light, its purpose is for post season usage.

          im interested in this workout as well. Im currently doing ONLY cleans as my one lift in the weightroom while i peak for races and it is going well. I have PBed so far because of it. I love it

          yeah ive pb'd as well…but am sure the clean has much more value for me than the squat for my event…so i want to do more clean related stuff to get it higher.
