Power test correlation to throwing performance

          Does anyone know where I can find information that would correlate certain power tests to throwing performance? Specifically, I am wondering if there is a correlation at all between an OHB shot throw and actual shot put performance. Same thing with a SLJ.

          I’ve messed around with all the throws and im crap. There’s a lot more technique in throwing than i thought, no matter how much power you have.

          My OHB is 17.75m, my standing lj is 3.50, my power clean is 160. Yet girls can throw further than me.
