120: 14.2
100: 12.0
120: 15.2
With one minute rest between all the reps. The total time was 41.4 seconds over a total distance of 340 meters. What do you guys think I'm capable of in the 4? My 200 PB is 24.18 (indoors). Mike, 400 or anyone else I'd like to here what you think.
