Ive been consistantly training for about the past 7 weeks or so after returning from injury. Admittedly, my training has been all over the place as i have not been sticking rigidly to any sort of plan and have not been in the weight room at all, mainly doing general fitness work, intensive tempo and some SE1/2 stuff.
My best 300m time in training this year is 38.0 secs but times seem to drop off after the first rep severely.
The session i did last night was as follows;
1*300m- 38.2 (5min rest)
1*200m- 25.5 (5mins rest)
1*300m-41 (10 mins)
1*200m- 27(5 mins)
1*300m-43(5 mins)
1*200m-27
I have a comp in 2 weeks time that i may be able to do and will either run 400/200 or 400/800. My question is what do you think im capable of based on these times over 400m. BTW my PB is 51.9 secs.
