Hey Everyone,
I have been searching this board and i havent really found anything on what i should be doing as preperation for an important meeting, i have fond some things but not really what i am looking for :(.
Could someone tell me what kind of workouts (if any) i should be doing the week before an important meeting. I dont think i should be doing and strength work or plyometric work because of the effect it has on the CNS – i dunno what i should be doing. Could someone help me out?
