Hi, well the season is over for me, finished 4th at my nationals in LJ and TJ
LJ – 6.58m
TJ – 14.09m PR
I was surprised with the TJ results because I didn't do to much about the triple this year, my training was more focused on the speed for the LJ, and TJ was better… ironic.
Well I'm so interested on focus my next season just in the TJ and a little bit on the LJ, but I don't know what does the preseason needs to be for a jumper.
Bec<ause my coach in the preseason just put everyone to run lot of distances, and do weights, this workout of rpeseason are for jumpers, sprinters, decathletes, etc
So I want to know how does I can build a good program for the preseason if I want to focus myself on the TJ,LJ, and maybe the 100m?
also this year I will go to Cuba in december and april to train there, and see what's wrong with my techinque.
I want to do weights all of this month and july and then in august startr my preseason, what about this?
