I feel I can go so much faster if just learn how to move my legs the right way. Right now I have bad leg action and I don't know the exact mechanics of doing them, basically because when we do high knee and butt kick drills it's different from how we actually run, so I'm lost.
Also, I've heard that you're supposed to feel a prancing or bouncing feeling when you run at top speed. I don't. Can somebody tell me what to do so I get this feeling and know I'm doing stuff right.
