Eggs, milk and honey probably wouldn’t be the best idea. Consuming uncooked eggs is no longer considered a good idea because of bacterial issues. Milk can be difficult to digest, and honey is a simple sugar with little nutritional content. If you have the money to purchase it, good protein powders can be purchased for quite cheap. I’d recommend, blending some fruit with some ice, water (maybe a little milk too), and a protein powder. If you can afford it, flaxseed oil would be a nice addition too. That would make a nice post-workout shake.
