I bought this jumping program called "Mad Bounce x2". I was wondering since it involves explosive jumping exercises, should I expect major improvements in my times just by doing this program and not doing any weights?

What do you mean by 'not doing any weights' ? If it's what I think you're saying (to not lift at all)… do not go that route! Out of curiosity, does this plyo program you bought advocate that you not lift while doing it?? If so, I'd seriously consider the source.

I would be skeptical Deshaun…my opinion

Correct ws…in short, do not eliminate your weight lifting Deshaun. Plyos can assist in the development you are looking for, but in no way can they substitute or take the place of your core weight room lifts…back squats (among other variations), and cleans are critical ones of note.
In addition, I have my athletes perform all plyos routines Before a lifting session, so as to always make sure technique is of highest quality. Also, the explosiveness you will need for drills such as box/ depth jumps and the higher level plyos will call on all the strength you have to give – thus performing them before the weight room is important in my mind.

it would probably depend on the intensity and volume that you are doing them with.
