I have been getting over a qaudriceps tear, in the upper part of the rectus femoris. At this stage whenever I massage it, it leaves a bit of a bruise. If that's any indication as to how far it is on the road to recovery. Are there any rehab techniques that I should be implementing at this stage. I am trying to run and do whatever workouts on the track that I can without aggravating it further and then light weights, on it.
