I need help quick (from anybody) before this afternoon on how to begin my new Cf cycle.
I began my GPP two weeks ago. So that's two full weeks of work.
I'm interested in what to do today in continuing acceleration training.
Last 2 wks.:
8 x 20 @ 100%
2 x 10
2 x 20
2 x 30
2 x 40
What do I do today?
Anybody can answer.. I need it quick.
