today i COMPLETELY changed my 110 setup. the only thing that is the same is that my feet are in the same position when starting. now i 7 step to the first hurdle and hurdle with a left lead leg. it feels a bit strange, but ive always been good with both legs. i think this setup will aloow me to 1) not stutter step to the first hurdle 2) improve my hurdle rhythm and 3) allow my more flexible leg to be my trail leg. does anyone think 7 stepping is necesarily bad? my teammate is starting to do it too.
