Sorry….just kinda found it funny that your giving credit to LR (a site largely known for skinny white guys who run a lot) when the article is from a site named https://blackathlete.net
On a related note, I met Renaldo for the first time this summer at the high performance center that my company runs at USATF nationals / Olympic trials. We get big name people come in all the time so it’s not really a big deal BUT when he walked in my assistants said I was like a little school girl who had just seen Justin Timberlake. He was great to talk to and I actually got my picture taken with him. Unfortunately, my camera was stolen a day later.
