I’ve used it during the GPP prior to weight lifting sessions and seen pretty good results. What are everyone’s thoughts? I usually stop taking it once the indoor season starts because I’m in a program that does a lot of intense volume, which for whatever reason tends to wipe my CNS more (for a longer period of time) than a good speed workout.
