I am 16. Improved 100m from 12.6 HH to 11.6 FAT in one year. My LJ PB has gone from 19′-0″ to 20′-6″ but my TJ was 39′-6″ last year to a 38′-6″ best this year. I had one 42′ jump where I fouled by 3 inches. I know my step could be better, but it is better than last year’s. I don’t seem to have power on my third phase. Should I be loading my take-off knee more on the third phase to get more height? How can I do better?
