          ok i just felt a sharp little pain whenever i extend my leg, the pain is felt in the Vastus Medialis (Internus).I got it when i quickly got up to see something that my friends called me to see(something funny). What could this mean?…Shit this is freaking me out, not now i can feel i sharp pain

          oh man crap, whenver i walk i feel the pain when the leg is fully extended while im walking.Practice is on wenesday should i go.NO NO not now crap crap, must’ve been the deadlifts or my power cleans or something.Dammit dont fail me now you dumbass leg.

          correction or so it seems to me.The pain may be behind my leg (behind the knee). around the Biceps Femoris, Long Head / Biceps Femoris, Short Head region. I was confused cause its near the tear drop muscle. It only occurs if i over extend my right leg (leg i put weight on when i stand) , if i were to kick it out it would really feel the sharp pain.

          i went to practice today and now after two hours it felt fine but i feel soreness on my knee cap, cmon guys need info here

          It sounds like you hyperextended your knee. If this is the case rest may be the best option. It’s not necessarily a serious injury but it might not recover quickly if you don’t give it sufficient rest.
