1. I've just started track (I did indoor, now I'm in outdoor) and I'm a freshman. I ran the 400m for the first time in a race the other day, and my time was 75s (terrible, I know, but I'm a girl who has never done anything athletic in her life), but I can usually get 200m in about 32s but I was wondering what you think I should make my goal time for this?
2. In the meets, I usually run 400m and 200m, so I'm usually exhausted after running the 400m with barely 15 minutes rest before running the 200m, giving me terrible times (35s at the last meet), is there anything I can do to help me perform better in the 200m? *I am trying to get better at long and triple jump so I can do that instead of the 200m, but I'm not there yet*
3. Check my other post regarding spikes please
Thanks for your help :spin:
