    sore patella

          okay my patella has been sore for abit over a month now, doesnt hurt to run with it, but it feels like the joint on my right leg is weak. When i  squat it gets sore, but after teh 225 mark the pain goes away like is magically healed. But i have'nt done squats in a month just cleans and made some improvement. I'm just wondering shuld i continue to rest and do nothing cause although annoying and concerning it hasn't hindered performance yet.

          Sounds like patellar tendinitis to me. I'd suggest warm up up more thoroughly, taking anti-inflammatory meds when it's very painful and being conservative with your training.

          what about the training though, how do i go through it, casue of school i train only 2 times a week sometimes 3, but weights i go twice a week. No squats as i feel it when warming up. I might just go see physician for those anti-flams

          You don't necessarily need to go to a physician for anti-inflams although it might be a good idea to get the injury checked out. Most presription anti-inflams are available over the counter. As for training through if it's what I think it is you might just be able to get over it by doing a more thorough warmup that starts with very low intensities and gradually builds up and icing after the workout.
