SPARQ Parachute effectiveness

          Anyone had experience with the SPARQ Parachute for speed work? Can i expect a noticeable increase in acceleration and top speed?

          You will notice more consistency, but that is mostly psychological.

          Sleds > parachutes in terms of adding resistance for acceleration. Parachutes will drag you in whatever way the wind is blowing plus you won’t get even and consistent resistance compared to a sled that’s being dragged on the ground.
