Is this a good workout for developing special endurance for a 100/200m runner?
3x15m (getting CNS ready) 100% speed
2x250m at 100% speed
+ 1x180m ? or 1x160m ?
Full recovery for everything.
Also how important is special endurance? I find I slow down a lot in my 100m races near the finish and 200m it seems I lack the endurance to keep up with the guys that run almost same 100 times as me, so is it better to put any endurance training focus on speed endurance runs (80-150m) or go out longer to like 200-250m ?
