im new to sprinting.Im recorvering from an injury on my solues muscle becuase i have flat feet.So all that time i spent training at winter was gone,cause i lost most of my endurance.Now that im trying to get back,i need to focus on technique but whats bothering me is my speed endurance.I get 13.72seconds in 100m which is to slow.I dont know how fast i would run if i can maintain myt speed till the end since i mostly die around 45meters.i ran 30m around 4.84secs how fast would that translate if i could maintain speed with that time,my 60m is 8.49 seeing how im starting to slow..I'm 18 so im a latecommer.Any training tips would be greatly appreciated thanks
