I have some doubts about training means. What r the baselines of rest interval for speed training? I know they r related to energy consumption and central nervous fatigue. Energy restoration times is well explained in science but what about CNS fatigue? How do u coaches quantify the time for CNS restoration and the differences of the rest interval due to the complexity or CNS demands of the exercise, such as plyo, speed, agility, coordenation or technique training?
Other doubt is about the way speed workout r designed. What r the differences between 3x3x30 or 9×30 workouts? Do they aims for different purposes?
