I read your thread in the FAQ section regarding Speed/Special Endurance and I had a couple of questions:
1) Did you have a typo, or do you honestly mean to have only 5 min rest for one of the SE workouts?
2) You say for all types of speed/special endurance workouts that the volume should be anywhere from 300-1200m. Is that what you honestly go by?
I personally know that for SE2 I couldn't go for 1200m. I had difficulty running 900m, though there were certain circumstances, so that might be null and void. But, regardless, do you always go by that?
I think 1200 for Speed Endurance, 1000 for SE1 and 900 for SE2.
