could someone please tell me what they think are the best spikes out for hurdling?

intermediate or highs? For the highs I use the old nike celar zooms,(the silver and dark blue ones) I got them pretty cheap and I like them alot. I ran a 15.5 in the 110HH with them. I don't know for the intermidates since I don't run them… I think anything with a pretty flexable spike plate is good.

I also had this question of which spikes are best for the 110 and 300m hurdles. I heard the nike zoom cellars are good, but is the new one better or the old? And what are your guy’s opinions about the nike superfly g5 in regards to hurdling? Thanks!

Also one more thing about the zoom i looked at them since i was thinking about buying them, and i noticed they are laceless. How does the sizing work with that. thanks once again

id say get one with a zipper shroud to ensure lock-down fit
