Anyone have a good offseason sprint workout plan that they use, that they could post for me? Or is there somewhere that you could point me to, to find a great offseason sprint workout plan. For strength training obviously. I am trying to get in shape to try out for my collegiate team next year, and what i have been doing is. Arms three times a week and legs twice a week. Monday through Friday, I was just hoping for some specific lifts to do, if i should be looking at a loading type workout, or more a circuit.
