What are everyones goals for the upcoming indoor season?
          55 meters:6.4x
20.9x split (We don't have the 200 meters)
          400:47.xx
I want to do best in the 400. I think I could win state. So what are your goals?

hmm..in indoors for me its going to be this.

          55-6.7
60-7.3 electronic, i can already run a 7.3 hand time easily, and this is right now(september) So if I can start to run 7.0-7.1's when the tiem is right, Then I should say I will be set for indoor, I want to get our school's record so low that nobody will be touching it anytiem soon.
200-24.0 electronic, if I can get 24 flat electronic timing at Kent State's indoor track then I know I will be pretty much set….My friend ran a 24.5 at Kent and the same year he ended up PBing 22.3…..

If I run indoors, 6.5 FAT (coming from an electronic equivalent 4.07 in September this seems possible and even likely). Super-duper reach goal is 6.3 if I can get my 30m down to 3.8. But I have a feeling that much improvement doesn't just happen this quickly.

          EDIT:6.5 55m not 60; I can only wish.:)

No personal goals for indoors because I'm not running any open events indoors. But if we run in any indoor meets I'll be on the 4×400, hopefully we'll be around 3:12.

Or you could diversify (and I guess in a way specialize at the same time) and become a multi-eventer :eureka:.
