Can any one shed some light as to why i might be pulling my hamstring so often? It’s never the major bulk of the hamstring, but the lower part.
This is the 5th or 6th time in 2 and a half years that i’ve torn it, likely grade 1 everytime. Always within 40m as well.
Some guesses – i don’t have good flexibility anywhere. I am very quad dominant, although my hamstrings aren’t weak they are no where near my quads. Scar tissue from recent pulls? The only difference this time was it was cold today and i didn’t even get to 30m when it pulled.
