I’d like to start a thread attempting to find bodyweight alternatives to certain lifts. I’d like everyone on this site to chime in on this. This could be interesting to find out how others like to train.
For starters, what are alternatives for:
Leg Curls
Upright Row
Leg Extensions
Thoughts?
Leg curls – Russian hamstring curls perhaps without the full range of falling motion so that you can pick yourself up
Upright row – use straps hanging from ceiling, pull at an angle from a lying down/angled position
Leg extensions – sissy squats (not very PC these days) so I call them church squats usually
