Will taking extra calcium through supplementation speed up the healing process for stress fractures?
I only suggest that for those (including me) who have issues with dairy
How long has recovery been so far?
In delayed recovery, bone stimulators are occasionally prescribed though cost several thousand.
Big thing, IMHO, is changing the training stimulus that caused them – whether too much volume, too much intensity, stride/technical issues, etc. Calcium will help but will just be a small contributor. Rest and get in a walking cast.

Yes. Take 1000-1500mg
It’s been about 5 weeks since I was diagonosed.
I can walk on it in regular shoes and even light running/striding is not a problem, but it just “feels” off
