hi everybody, i am really glad to be new member of this site:)
And first of all i want to ask a question about supplement usage, it will be my second year for 100 meter sprint at my school, before, i was american football player(wide receiver). Hovewer at my first year on track(last year) i didnt use any supplements, because i want my body to be adapted perfectly. But this year i want to use them very efficiently, because last year i run 10.8(Electronic T.) my best, this year i want to take it to 10.5 or less.
My height: 172cm
and for this season ive bought
-aminoasid(some said whey gainer may slow me down)
My season will start at mid september, and i will run in february indoor(i think it is 60meter) and in june or sth like that for the main event. But the actual question is what should i take in gpp, spp or in competition phase, and how much should i take? Before workout or in the morning? On their labels, all of them said something, but i dont know if they are suitable for me. Or should i take them in the first week, or should i use them whole season?? Can you help me.
