what supplements a High jumper should be taking?
Are creatine/beta-alanine viable/recommended supplements for HJERs?
Presently, I am taking a multi vit, and whey protein after lifting sessions. Supplementation and diet stuff has always scared me a little, b/c I do not want to gain much weight. I am currently 6’2 / 170lbs, so i’m probably on the heavier side for a high jumper as it is.
