          hey ! i am 170cm tall and 51 kg
          and i will start weiht lifting how much it takes to get a body
          like maurice green or ato my body is for mid distances but i wanna b a sprinter in the 100 and 200 so…
          and i run the 100 in 11.95 without spikes so will it(weiht lifting) improve ma speed like i can cut a second or some ting
          ????

          You shouldn’t try to look like someone else. Just workout and be yourself, if your body is one way its going to be difficult to try to make it into something its not. Try to be you and not someone else.

          Don’t focus your training on how you want your body to look…..focus it on how you want it to PERFORM. There’s no use having a sports car chasis if you have a 2 cylinder engine under the hood. Concentrate on lifts that use multiple joints and allow for heavy weight to be lifted (such as squats, olympic lifts, pressing movements, etc.).

          thank ya guys but i didnt meen i wanna b like maurice him self i just said how long will it taks to get a body that runs sub 10 i need to be 70kg cuz i am only 51kilos

          Without ever seeing you run it’s impossible for anyone to predict how long it will take or even if it is possible for you to run sub 10 seconds. Not many people run that fast. Be task-oriented and the achievement of goals will come. As for what lifts you should do, stick to what I menioned in my previous post.

          Sub 10 is gentics and needles. Sorry. You can give it your best shot. Try for a sub 11 or even a sub 12 FAT.

          exactly. i dream of 9.5 (everyone can dream right?:bounce:) but right now i just want sub 11. then ill worry about different goals.

          but hey guys i am only 51kg and i run without a shoes so i tink i am fast
          and with weiht lifting and spikes and a start from the blocks i tink i will get at least 10.4 and thats great for 18 years old
