          A clear, concise and easy to understand article that explains what scientists have been saying for nearly 15 years now. People have been swept away by the misconceptions of TrA activation but now it seems the tide is turning. Amazing how long it takes to change the minds of most humans.

          I think there’s certainly still a role for ‘core’ training as a low intensity activity. As with anything a focus on quality rather than mind-numbing rep counts is the key to getting anything of value from it.
