first of all i want to say im pretty surprised i couldnt find anything on this topic on these boards. So what does everyone think about this product. Its kind of hard to believe this simple machine can really outperform all types of stretches. Is it true?
Either way im definately going to buy it, but theres so many choices and i dont really understand how they are different. What can anyone reccomend for me (17 yrs old 100 200m runner, 5’10 140 lbs, average muscle mass). If i do get it im planning on probably using it by myself right before track practice starts. So based on the information i have given, what do you guys think would be the best for me, i dont care much about the size, price, etc. all i care about is performance.
