*Wider sweeping swing leg
*Higher discus at right foot touchdown
*Greater knee flexion at right foot touchdown
whats knee flexion?
this is a throwin sequence from today, im going to work on staying upright and not leaning so far into circle wih upper body outta back.

thanks i still lean too far out of the back, which makes me lean too far over my right knee in the power position. Though i think i figured out a trick to fix it. also need to land with more bent right knee.
It sounds like you figured it out already but knee flexion is greater knee bend.
