Over the past few weeks, I’ve been throwing up after nearly every training session. And since I don’t know much about the recovery or regenration side of training, I was hoping someone could help me. Anyways, my questions can probably be answered easily by someone here.
Is the throwing up being caused by an extreme build-up of lactic acid? If not, what could be causing it? If it is the lactic acid causing the “puking”, how can I prevent it from happening in the future?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
