Hey anyone have a website or info useful to help a distance guy teach throws to freshman in high school. I kinda get the glide but I dont glide right cause I have never done it so if anyone has video clips or anything cause if the kids can see it done right maybe they will get it.

Choose Throws Technique, then video archive
They have some great video clips there of all of the throws. For Gliders, Timmerman tends to be most people’s favorite model technique, there are a few throws of him there. Werner Gunthor is pretty good, but he does something a little different with his free arm because of an injury when he was younger. Feuerbach is very good too.
