Ok here's the situation,
I have been injured for the past 2 seasons in a row, I am now 21, my PB's at 19 after beginning track at 17 are as follows:
300-34.1 hand timed (workout)
600m-1.21 Hand timed (workout)
800m- 2:01 hand timed (4×800 lead off leg split)
I have recovered from a torn quad just before indoor season and I am contemplating what direction to take at this point to make something of the outdoor season.
Realistically as a results oriented person, I do not think I have nearly enough speed for the open 400
So I am thinking of switching to the 400 hurdles or the 800? In general I have done well with strength workouts during my 400m training
I am 5-10, 170 pounds
Thanking you in advance!
