The hammy is healthy again and have a meet coming up at the end of June, but the main one is in early August. I have done some accel work – some se. Would I benefit at all from adding tire or sled pulls on accel days this late in the season? If yes, what kind of sets/distance/reps/rest?
Also I have experimented in the past with doing weighted vest starts out of the blocks – are they any good or not to help power out of the blocks?
