It’s a pretty easy article to find, so I was hoping some people already looked into this. Is this a legit program or is Tom Green just listing some random workouts that he wants novice sprinters to do? I mean, does he actually follow this program? He’s no Asafa Powell but he ran low 10s supposedly doing this program, which has actual sprinting only once a week (3x3x30m), hill running twice a week, and lifting (almost different workouts every day of the week) 4x a week.
