well school is out soon and i took about a month off from track. I need to start back up again since football is right around the corner. the thing is, we have football practice every week monday and wednesday for the whole summer. now, these football practices are no in pads. they are in t shirt and shorts. I am a receiver so i do patterns and catch the ball. nothing TOO intense. My question is how can i set up my training so i dont overtrain, and i can still train around this.
I am thinking about this
monday- tempo then practice
wednesday- just practice
friday- speed plyos
maybe one of the days i can jump rope and just do plyo's or do agility.
i am confused can someone please help me out?
