I’m curious as to how exactly you would train a 200m specialist?
It’s weird because 200m runners are kind of in a rut seeing as how they either come from the 400m side (Michelle Collins) or the 100m side (Shawn Crawford). So how would you go about training for a 200m specialist?
The options are pretty basic:
I was thinking option 3 would be best, but I’m not sure.
Maybe this can start some interesting conversation….
