I have to train alone until September. The plan tonight was to run 10×150 I ran the first 5 in the "Target time". The problem is with my self timing what I get on the watch isn't actually what I ran so if it comes up as the target time on the watch I might have done it a second or two too fast. I stopped after 5 because I believe I had gone to quick. Then I did a 300+100 which came out as 42+13 (I was fucked)
I am going to try and get someone to time me but if not what should I do? and also does it make sense to train in really really bad wind and flood rain?
