Its my first time on the site so I figured I might as well ask some questions. Well basically I want to know specifically what type of training it is you have to do, especially from Jan-April, to be conditioned to run low 21's and sub 10.5's in each event. My goal times to run by the state meet, which is in the first week of June, is to have run or be fit to run a 10.5 in the 100m and a 21.5 in the 200m. These times would thus qualify myself for the USA jr. Nationals and I would try and make the Pan Am team. Honestly I would like to know what it is that the guys who are running these times are doing in training(what distances,what pace,what weight training,etc) So if there is anybody out there who may have a answer or a sample training plan or something, PLEASE REPLY.
