1. Does running drills have any value? will it improve performance in the long term? Or just waste of time?
2. Does having a strong core improve sprint and middledistance performance?
I am thinking about exercises like plank, side-plank, roll-out, crunches.
3. Strides after easy regeneration runs.(4×80) Any benefits of doing them?
4. Foam rolling. Before or after running? or both?
5. Is there any methods apart from caloric restriction to avoid bulking when doing Bodyweight exercises? I am an easygainer 😉
