Hi everyone, Im new to this forum, just had a huge question to ask any other athletes or coaches who can help me fix one of my longtime problems. I am a decently strong sprinter, my maxes for squat and deadlift are both at 335 and I can power clean 230 pounds and snatch 165 pounds. I believe I am strong for my size (5’9” 143 lbs) and the first 60 of my 100 meters is great, but my last 30/40 is horrible! I dont know whether it is a speed maintainence problem or a problem with transferring my power but Id like to fix this problem as soon as I can.
