Hi peeps, have read so much on here as well as reading a few programs (saltojumps Jonathan Edwards trial program) as well as Nick Newmans logs and was wondering if anyone could contact me or post a spceific training program from Jan to summer season? Outlining daily/weekly sessions? E.g: Mon: Weights: what weights reps sets etc, Tue: Track: 5 x 150m 75% Wed: Rest, Thur: Plyo drills Core etc and so on for the week? It is Jan here in the UK and i am not competeing indoors this year. My current coach has been taken ill. I am swimming in the deep end al on own! I am 25 and a 15m triple jumper.
