Has anybody had any experience with this? Check out the section on neural recovery about a third of the way down the page. i have also added a link to Bodybuilding.com

Tyrosine is good used as a stimulant/fatigue inhibitor but the neural recovery stuff is BS.
i think dan pfaff said the samething also bout the neural recovery.

Yea if there's a supp that helps neural recovery, let me know. I'll take 20 bottles of it.
my bad this is the line from the book: "l-tyrosine may be able to improve nervous system performance. it is possible that the limitation that sprinters experience with their nervous system may be due to a decreased availiability of neurotransmitters."
-
When combined with a few other nutrients that help in turning precursors to neurotransmitters, I believe it can help in CNS recovery/optimization. Alone, however, is a different story.
-
My reasoning behind Tyrosine as a CNS recovery/optimization aid is that it is a precursor to epinepherine and norepinepherine. If, using small amounts of sympathetic nervous system activators, you are able to turn the precursor into the real deal regeneration is assisted. While there is not much (admitedly, if any) data regarding CNS recovery, I believe that it's not possible to say that nothing helps. Our knowledge of the brain is incredibly limited, and only a few of the brightest neuro-men can really discuss it's function in anything more than an academic depth.
